RAM is tight.
32GB total, but you've been at 6GB free under load. Windows is paging to your SSD. That's the slight sluggishness.
Walked this with Matt — mixing kits on a Z390 is a trap. Same nominal spec doesn't mean same sub-timings or ranks; with all four slots populated the controller often drops back to JEDEC defaults. Replace, don't mix. Cleanest play: matched 2×32GB DDR4-3200 kit, leaves two slots free for a clean later bump. Bob prices, you sign off, 10-min install when they land.

C: is over the line.
113GB free of 476GB. That's 24%. NVMe drives slow down once you cross under 20%, and you're close.
I can clear the safe stuff straight away — npm cache, pip cache, user temp, Windows temp, recycle bin. The judgement-call hogs (old node_modules, Chrome profiles you don't use, conda envs) I'll list and you decide. Target: 30%+.

Ethernet is up.
Wired link came up at 1 Gbps via your Nest WiFi puck. Latency-sensitive work like Claude Code, MCP calls, and Shopify CLI will feel snappier from here.

RAM, then disk. Ten minutes each.
Knock those two over and the substrate is clean. I'll re-pulse weekly, or surface a card sooner if anything trips a threshold.
